Karen Callaghan
With over 30 years in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, Karen brings deep expertise in patient-centered care and system innovation. A registered nurse, her career spans frontline practice, chronic disease initiatives, and leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry. She’s known for designing nationally recognized programs in diabetes, obesity and chronic disease education. Today, she focuses on forging meaningful partnerships across sectors, helping drive integration, elevate care, and improve outcomes nationwide.
Director of Operations
Andrew Callaghan
With over 12 years of experience in banking and insurance, including 6 years in management, Andrew understands the value of clear communication and dependable service. As a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Product Owner (CSPO), he brings an Agile, people-first approach to helping clients simplify their processes and achieve their goals. Andrew is passionate about making complex projects feel manageable and believes in building strong, trusting relationships with every client.
Director of Strategic Education
Erin MacRae
With 15 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and academia, she brings a strong multidisciplinary background to metabolic health and scientific education. She is a Registered Dietitian with a MSc. in Applied Human Nutrition, as well as advanced certification in Diabetes and Obesity. She has held leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry, leading high-performing teams and delivering high-quality educational programs. She is passionate about designing and executing impactful learning initiatives that translate complex science into practical insights for the health-care industry.
